Cancer Charity Trust was founded by Dr. Sanket Mehta, along with Dr. Sharad Mehta and a group of like-minded individuals who shared a common belief — that no patient should lose the opportunity to fight cancer because of financial limitations.
During his years at Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Sanket Mehta witnessed countless families delaying or abandoning treatment because they simply could not afford it. Those experiences inspired the creation of Cancer Charity Trust, a platform dedicated to bridging the gap between quality cancer care and affordability.
Today, the Trust extends financial support to patients across hospitals and treatment centres in Mumbai, enabling access to surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, diagnostics, medicines, transplants, and supportive care.
